Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Two Dollar Things PLUS!, it is important to report any shortages, damage, or defects within 7 days of receiving your delivery. If you fail to report such issues within this period, we may only be able to provide you with a partial refund depending on the claim. Please note that after 30 days of receipt of goods, we cannot accept any returns or process refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and you will need to ship it back to us at your expense.

Please note that certain types of goods cannot be returned, including perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also cannot accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Wearables (Masks, underwear, etc..)
  • Make-up that’s been opened

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Kindly do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please note that in certain situations, only partial refunds are granted. This includes products that show obvious signs of use or items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its arrival and inform you of whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

In case you have not received your refund, you can first check your bank account again. If the refund has not been posted yet, kindly contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If the issue persists, we advise contacting your bank, as there might be some processing time before the refund is posted.

Sale items

Please note that at Two Dollar Things PLUS!, we only offer refunds for regular-priced items. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for sale items.

Exchanges

At Two Dollar Things PLUS!, we have a policy of replacing items only if they are found to be defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, kindly send us an email at onlineshop@twodollarthings.co.nz, and then send the item to 1/33 Anzac Road, Browns Bay, Auckland 0630.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:   1/33 Anzac Road, Browns Bay, Auckland 0630

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
