Other Terms
We strive to present the most accurate representation of our products through the color photographs displayed on our website, but please note that actual features and colors may differ slightly from what you see on your screen due to variations in displays.
We make every effort to maintain accurate stock levels, but availability of items is subject to change. If an item you have ordered is not available at the time of dispatch, we will promptly refund your payment.
Please be aware that we have a minimum spend policy of $25.00, and any orders below this value will not be fulfilled.
Out of Stock
Please note that the actual stock quantity at the time of picking your order may differ from the stock quantity at the time of your order placement.
As a result, if an item or a few items are out of stock, we will still pack and send the remainder of your order. We will also credit your credit card for the out-of-stock items.
Shipping
Our standard delivery time frame for orders within New Zealand is 3-5 working days from the date of order receipt.
Please note that rural deliveries may take slightly longer. Delivery times are subject to stock availability and we will notify you if your order may be delayed. Standard shipping is applied to every order, but we may charge extra depending on the volume of the order.
It is important to ensure that you provide the correct delivery address on the check-out page as we will not be liable for undelivered goods caused by customer error.
Please note that courier fees are non-refundable and orders are generally dispatched within three working days of receipt of your order.
For orders under $100, a delivery fee will be charged. However, if you spend $100 or more, you will qualify for FREE delivery. We are currently only shipping within New Zealand.
Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing the tracking number for your delivery.
In case you did not receive or lost your tracking number, please reach out to our customer service team at onlineshop@twodollarthings.co.nz, and we will assist you promptly.
