Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At Two Dollar Things PLUS!, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item received is defective or damaged due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)

Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases

Gift cards

Some health and personal care items

Wearables (Masks, underwear, etc.)

Make-up that has been opened
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within a certain amount of days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at onlineshop@twodollarthings.co.nz.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at onlineshop@twodollarthings.co.nz and send your item to: 1/33 Anzac Road, Browns Bay, Auckland 0630.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (ideally within 7 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1/33 Anzac Road, Browns Bay, Auckland 0630. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
